A workplace whodunit game claims to be good for learning about the people in your organization. Most players tend to agree who among their coworkers to label as victims, murderers and detectives. The employees labeled as murderers are not the dangerous ones, but do fall into two types: reserved with hidden depths and shrewd operators that do what it takes to get things done. The victims are usually the employees that everyone has problems with. The claim: murderers make the best leaders and victims are best for termination.
